yoga and breathwork
Please join us for a Yoga and Breathwork session at Roost Farms. The flowers and garden will be in full bloom and the gifted Nasima & Erica will lead these sessions in the beautiful dappled light under our black locust trees. Event details and the link to sign up for tickets are below. We’ll finish the day enjoying the farm’s natural splendor with an optional picnic brunch.
community farm tour
We’ll spend the day touring farms and food destinations in Wheat Ridge to help bridge gaps between the average person and food access and production. This will be achieved by intentionally and collaboratively crafting a beautiful day in community talking to farmers and hearing their stories. Roost Farms will be the last stop on the tour and you’ll get to explore all we have built and continue to grow. Send us a message for more information.
